Our Shipping Policy

We currently only sell our prints in Australia. We work with a network of independent printers and framers in Melbourne to fulfil orders. Delivery time therefore varies between 10-25 days for anywhere in Australia.

Our Returns Policy

We understand there are many different reasons for returning something you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Buyers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the print(s) for a change of mind.

  • To be eligible for a return, the print(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.

Return Process:

  1. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@kalava.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Shipping Cost: Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the prints. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  3. Condition of Returned Items: Returned print(s) must be in their original, undamaged condition. Any print(s) returned in a damaged or used condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

  • We’ll consider requests for exchanges if you make the request within 14 days of receipt of the print.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom orders, Limited Releases and Sale items are not eligible for return.
